Product Description

6061 aluminum circle/disc for flange

Our 6061 sheet has T651 temper, indicating it has been solution heat treated followed by a minimal stretching to reduce stresses in the material. The material was then artificially aged to allow the alloying elements to precipitate out of the material, to give immediate maximum strength.

Packing

The circles are packed in boxes or pallets with interleave paper, polythene, foam / thermocol. Pallets and boxes are strapped with hoop iron and clips. Silica gel packets are placed in the boxes for moisture protection.
