Production Introduction
2024 is the typical hard aluminum alloy in the Al-Cu-Mg system, temper T352, its composition is reasonable, comprehensive performance is better, the usage amount is the largest in hard aluminum. High strength, a certain heat resistance, strength is higher than the 7075 alloy. Thermal state, annealing and new quenching state of forming performance are better, heat treatment strengthening effect is remarkable. Corrosion resistance is poor, but cladding with the pure aluminum can be effectively protected; easy to come with the cracks in welding, but using of the special technology can be welded, can also riveting.
